While many people start on a fitness quest the unfortunate fact is most failed to finish and achieve their goal.

By planning your program before you start your fitness quest so that it suits your body health and lifestyle there is more opportunity that you will finish your fitness quest and achieve your goals.

But planning is essential to get the best out of your fitness quest and that is why most people fail because they don't do sufficient planning before starting.

Many other people will start from the fitness quest without taking into account the fact that the lifestyle will not allow them to continue to simply because they don't have the time to fit in the program that has been presented for them.

You have to be realistic before starting any fitness quest and it is better to do something a little easier to ensure that you finish rather than trying to achieve something that is too hard and fail.
